If you're like the vast majority of people, any weight loss

Fact: Unless you know how to keep the
weight from coming back, you will never achieve a long term
weight loss and have the body you desire. I learned this the
hard way.
What Can You Do
If you want to beat the dismal statistics and
avoid weight gain now or in the future, you need to look at the

It was only when I learned how to live my life
in the right way that I not only lost over 30 pounds but kept
